Terms of Service
By ordering a commission from me, you agree to these Terms of Service.I do not take any responsibility if you have not read them.I. GENERAL TERMS• I have the right to decline any commissions.
• First come, first serve.
• You can ask me for a WIP but do not spam. (ex: asking everyday for updates)
• Provide clear references
• There will be a fee for big change in the process
• Most of the commissions will be streamed unless the client wishes not to
• I will draw : OC'S / Persona's / vtubers / characters (game, anime, serie, movie, etc...) / Lewd (To a certain extent)
• I won't draw : Gundam / MechaII. PAYMENT• Please do not complain about my prices.
• All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
• All Payments are made through vgen.
• COMMERCIAL PRICE: If you wish to sell merch using my art, the fee will be 1.5x the original price! I still have copyright over the art and my watermark will remain.III. PROCESS• Once payment is complete, I will start on the sketch
• Once the sketch has been approved, I will start coloring
NOTE: I will be sending multiple WIPS throughout!
• Once everything has been confirmed,
• I will send the commissions VIA Twitter, Email or Discord.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION• I will always do the best I can to make my customers happy.
• However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
• Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.
• Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
• Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY• The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied nor used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise.
• You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.
• You may use the commision for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.
• You may not post the original full-sized file online.
• You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.
• You may print the commission for your personal use (single copy).
• The commission may be used in a type of commercial usage that was agreed on.
• If the commission is a fanart, I will be able to use it for patreon/prints/artbooks etc.
• If the commission is your original character, I will still use it for patreon content that doesn't include PSD file and full-sized illust.
• If I ever want to use your commission outside of these rules, I will do it only with your permission.
• I have the right to post the commission online, unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.
• I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY• You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.
• You may request a refund, if the commission hasn’t yet been started 3 months after ordering.
• The commission is NOT refundable once I’ve started working on it (sketch).Any statement can be change if discussed before the commission payment. Or anytime with additional fees.
